Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-25
Pulse Sport ("the app") is media player software. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
A player, not a service
The app contains no audio, video, channels, playlists or streams, and we don't sell, supply, recommend or link to any. You choose what the app plays by entering the details of a service you subscribe to. We have no relationship with, and no control over, any such service.
Your responsibility
- Only use the app with content you have the right to access in your country.
- Don't use the app, or anything you build on it, to infringe copyright or other rights, or to get around access controls.
- Don't redistribute, resell or rebroadcast what you watch.
Schedules and scores
Event information comes from public sources and is provided as-is for information. Team, league and broadcaster names belong to their owners and are used only to describe events factually. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Abuse
We may block devices or accounts from our schedule service if they're used to promote or distribute infringing content, and we act on valid notices (see Copyright & takedowns).
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
