What stays on your device
Your service login (server, username, password), favourites, reminders and sports preferences are stored on your device, encrypted. We never receive them.
What our servers receive
- An anonymous random device token, so we can rate-limit our schedule service.
- Requests for schedules, scores and event artwork.
- Anonymous playback health: time to first picture, stalls, feed switches, device model and app version. No channel names, logins or viewing history are attached.
- Crash reports (stack traces and device model) if the app crashes.
- Event titles from channel names are processed to match schedules. These contain no personal information.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no selling data, no viewing profiles.
Retention
Playback health and crash data are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete anything linked to your device token at the contact below.
